Six-level mixed use condominium complex with subterranean parking.  The project was built in the heart of downtown Long Beach and included public funding.  The 62 condominium units were priced from $400K – $1.2 Million.

All building components contained a ten-year warranty as a part of the state HOA requirements.

Scott Pardee and Bob Boyle both served on the management staff while employed by construction firm Snyder Langston.
