A 203-Unit Sr. Living Center with ADA adaptable rooms and accessible common areas. Amenities included a salt water pool, salons, and kitchens. During underground utility installation all the interior building walls were redesigned. Scott led to management of this process with eight redesign meetings, eliminating large delays in construction.
