We have services which can provide a complete turn-key operation to take your ideas and put them on to paper. Our team can also assist with many of the tasks required prior to construction. Some of these tasks include land acquisition, identifying utility services, verifying zoning regulations, easements, and covenances.
The design build process is a system in which the design phase and construction phase of a project are overlapped and reduces the amount of time between the design and construction phases. With a design build project, Pardee Construction will manage the design team under one contract minimizing risk of exposure to the owner and assuring a more collaborative effort from all parties involved.

The LEED® ( Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction, and operation of efficient and environmentally friendly construction projects. LEED® is promoted through an organization known as the (USGBC) United States Green Building Council. One of the missions of the USGBC is to pursue triple bottom line solutions for every project that clarify and strengthen a healthy balance between environmental, social and economic prosperity.
Pardee Construction takes an approach following the guidelines and direction of the USGBC. We can offer many suggestions on any project persuing LEED® at any stage in progress. Our team can take on multiple roles to suit the individual needs for each project and are able to perform all of the functions for a complete turn-key project from and idea through the project’s completion.
