Project: A Broadcom Corporation development site consisting of a core, shell, and site work for (2) 4-story and (6) 3-story steel frame buildings totaling more than 650,000 sq. ft. The site was situated on an 18-acre site adjacent to the University of Irvine campus.  Project was competed by superintendent Bob Boyle with working under construction management firm Snyder Langston.
