A renovation of (2) 6,000 SF buildings.   A design build project for a new façade, stairs, structural modifications, building systems, and heavy interior remodel.   Building owner’s expectations were surpassed with the increase in rental rates to the building.   Building highlights a new vestibule and great value exterior limestone façade.
